My therapy practice offers a safe, compassionate space to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change aligned with each client’s goals. With 20 years as a licensed social worker in Massachusetts—primarily as a School Adjustment Counselor in a local public high school—I’ve had the privilege of working with students, families, educators, and the wider community. I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, insomnia and everyday stressors at home, work, school or in parenting. At the heart of this work is helping clients strengthen self-efficacy, overcome barriers, and define a more satisfying life on their own terms.
